Is the watch material durable?

Absolutely! Dystopium watches are customized with precision using SAC305 lead-free solder, ensuring a strong, durable bond during customization. While the base model is the Classic Quartz Casio 1183, known for its reliability, our lead-free materials provide added longevity and resistance to wear, making these watches ideal for everyday use.

Can I adjust the size of the bracelet to fit my wrist?

Yes, there are removable links near the clasp. These links are held in with friction pins. Links can be removed at home using a small pin tool included in the item’s packaging, or at any jewelry/watch repair shop near you. 

When will my order ship?

Orders of in stock items will be shipped 4-6 business after purchase. Made to order products will be shipped in 1-4 weeks. If there is an issue with the shipping timeline please contact us at help.dystopium@gmail.com

How do I care for my watch?

Care for it as a piece of jewelry. Wear it gently and store it in a cool dry environment. It may need occasional polishing to avoid tarnish/oxidation. This can be done with a silver cloth or by applying a small amount of silver polishing compound and buffing it off with a soft microfiber cloth.

Yes, each watch is water resistant. However, they are not designed to be exposed to or submerged in water, especially not at depth.

What happens if my watch arrives defective?

Our watches come with a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If your Dystopium product experiences any manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee if the item has not yet shipped.

Can I return my watch?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your watch (customers must pay for the shipping return label). Please note that a 30% restocking fee applies unless the product arrived faulty, in which case we will waive the fee.

If your watch arrives defective, contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for an exchange, provided the product is returned in its original, unaltered condition. In case of damage caused during shipping, we will replace the unit upon proof of damage.
